Skilled Chef or Cater for AAU in Aalborg

We are looking for a trained chef, caterer or smørrebrød maid with a passion for the good green food experience. We are looking for
 you who, with great interest, want to join the green journey, where through the development of wonderful meals and taste 
experiences we can move towards a more plant-based everyday life.

Job description:

• Preparation of the daily range of green, cold and hot dishes
• Pickling, fermentation and production of our own cold cuts
• Menu planning
• Quality control, and other daily tasks

Your profile:

• You are a trained chef, caterer or smørrebrød maiden.
• Is a food enthusiast, preferably with experience from canteen kitchens
• Is quality-conscious, creative and keeps up with current trends
• Interest in sustainability and the green kitchen
• Structured and a skilled planner of your own working day
• Is smiling and outgoing - and in a good mood
• You can work independently and are reliable at meetings
