We are seeking a professionally strong Head chef with broad expertise and a passion for providing excellent lunch experiences.
We are looking for someone who, with great hospitality and commitment, will welcome our guests to the table on a daily basis, offering both vegetarian and meat options.
Job description:
- Responsible for the daily production for 60 happy lunch guests
- Menu planning, procurement, with a focus on reducing CO2 emissions and minimizing food waste.
- Preparation of the daily selection of cold and hot dishes
- Pickling and partial production of own cold cuts.
- Good spirits and a positive attitude towards all tasks
- Qualitycontrol, and other daily tasks
