Chefs for Our Event and Catering Kitchen at Roskilde Congress and Sports Center

We're very busy with our new location at Jespers Torvekøkken and are seeking skilled and responsible chefs who are passionate about their craft and ready to excel in a steadily growing events business.

You'll be working daily in our event kitchen in Roskilde, where we create and deliver menus for the daily café, events, businesses, and private parties – with a local focus on green and new Nordic cuisine. You'll be part of a kitchen team.

Your tasks include:

• Prepare and develop quality menus for events, private individuals, and large corporate clients at Jespers Torvekøkken.
• We make everything from scratch, so there's a lot of time spent on preparation, including pickling, fermenting, and production.
• Ensure that we always deliver the best we can of the highest quality.
• Take responsibility for your tasks and areas of work.
• Understand and cook according to Jespers Torvekøkkens principles.
• Opportunity to work in both our event kitchens in Brøndby and Roskilde.

• You are a trained chef
• You're creative and curious about the latest food trends.
• You have a strong drive, are solution-oriented, and eager to develop as a cook.
• You're passionate about contributing to the team spirit and good atmosphere in the kitchen.
• You have an interest in both savory and sweet cuisine.
• You're ready to work with focus and efficiency.
• You're a team player and ready to work together with your colleagues.
• You're flexible, as there will be evening and weekend shifts.
• You have your own car and can work in both our event kitchens in Brøndby and Roskilde.

Roskilde Congress and Sports Center is the hub of culture, sports, and business in Roskilde. Concerts, sports activities, and networking events are held here. Our task as a food supplier is to provide catering for all events and also manage the daily operation of the café.
